Returns
At AR Sport, we strive to provide high-quality products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must:

Be unused and in its original condition.

Include all original tags and packaging.

Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Custom Orders
Customized or personalized products, including custom jerseys and sportswear, are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method, as cash refunds cannot be issued at the time of delivery.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
